Hello Everyone,

I joined last night, but i will still introduce myself, On chesshere I am Alekhine, I like this site alot Smile

, It is a great site which will hopefully grow and become a widely known chess site.
A bit about myself, I love reading chess books i am currently reading G.Kasparv's My Greatest predecessors part 3. I play for England, but in the juinors as i am only 13, The only thing i don't like about chess is engines. Over the board I play every weekend and sometimes in week long tournaments.

Many thanks to GM Amir's invitation. Now I'm part of this young site with a big future.

I'm Jeffrey V (V is actually the first letter of my surname which I will not mention).
I'm also Jeffrey V on chesshere.com. Jeff is my nick name.

Chess is just a normal hobby for me as I'm working as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing company of Printed Circuit Board Assembly. But my games terribly improved since I play on line via ChessHere.com. But still can not remove my being impatience and carelessness. Crying or Very sad

Joining this site will improve further my chess games.

Hello, Im Rob, I play my chess as Dreamstomper on:Chesshere.com,Gameknot.com, & also Chessworld.net.I joined my local chess club in January 2006, and am enjoying my chess even more, Im being taught a lot by the club players, and we go thru the games afterwards and point both good & bad moves I had made, and what would have been better moves & why.my aim is to eventually play for the Alnwick club team in otb league games, and I have been going with them to their league games, playing a spare player not involved in the league games & using the clock and writing my moves down, just as if I was playing in league games, as I had never played using them before.Ive even enrolled in a blitz tourney at Newcastle in March, for the 1st time, just to get the experience of playing in them.My aim is 1st.enjoy my chess.(the wins will arrive eventually) 2nd improve as much as I can, 3rd encourage others to take this great game up.I dont use chess programs or chess computers to make my moves its only my brain, but hopefully less bad moves and more good ones, once I iron out my bad habits, like rushing my moves, and take a look at the whole board and not just where the last moves have occured. something that im now trying to do in my otb games and online chess.
